missingWrote a review on Jan 21water parkgreat adult menucomplicated breakfast system
Had a great time with friends! The water park was a hit, especially for the kids. We also enjoyed exploring nearby attractions. Just a heads up, it gets crowded on weekends due to families visiting, so plan accordingly. Make sure to check out the adult menu at the restaurant, it's quite good! Overall, a fun spot for group trips.
One downside was the complicated breakfast system. You need a card for everyone to enter, which felt a bit excessive and time-consuming.

We enjoyed the large breakfast and dinner buffets. The amazing water park! However, the interior feels dated, which takes away some charm. I’d still go back!

The hotel is enormous, packed with family-friendly facilities. The indoor water park was a blast, especially loved the kiddie pool area. Rooms were spacious but had some maintenance issues. My bathroom had exposed electrical wires, which was alarming. Air conditioning? Weak at best—struggled with humidity in our room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4-star place. limited beverage and dessert options. Our dinner experience improved after bringing concerns to the marketing manager, Marta, who helped us access a better dining option. The entertainment options for kids were plentiful, and the nightlife was fun, but service felt overwhelmed. Overall, a mixed bag here. lots of fun but room for improvement in some areas.

Here's my take on it
The hotel is large with substantial attractions for families, notably its impressive indoor water park. The food quality at breakfast and dinner was surprisingly enjoyable considering the number of guests. Still, the outdated decor and some noise issues may hinder relaxation. Ideal for families but could be less appealing for couples seeking a peaceful getaway.

The Twin Room was big and clean, which was a nice plus. The beds were comfy enough for a decent night’s sleep. Lots of space for our stuff, which was great for a couple’s getaway. Although the furniture felt a bit outdated, it didn't ruin the experience. Didn't have any major complaints, just some minor quirks here and there. But overall, it was a pleasant place to crash after a long day.
